After Hours Support

Systems Support

Services staff are on call and in cases of emergencies can be reached by contacting the iT Service Desk (9360 2000) who will forward the message. The on call person will acknowledge the problem and take appropriate action. On call hours are:

  • Weekdays 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM WST
  • Weekends and University Public Holidays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM WST

No support is offered on Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday or Easter Sunday.
