Software Support LevelsThe following table outlines the levels of software support available to staff. All software included in the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) will be covered by a level of support between A "full" to C "Limited".For categories A, B and C, IT Services will be involved in the software licensing and acquisition (eg recording, negotiating site and volume licenses etc) to ensure the best price possible is obtained and to assist with copyright and license compliance. A list of software included in the SOE is fro Windows and Macintosh computers is available from the SOE pages. A list of the software agreements Murdoch has in place is available from the Software License Agreements table.
