Software License Agreements at Murdoch University

The following is a list of software that has either been licensed for use by staff and/or students at Murdoch University or which may be purchase via these arranged license agreements. * -  Microsoft - You must for a minimal cost purchase a set of home install CD media from the IT Service Desk located in the Library at the South Street campus. You will require your Murdoch Staff card as ID and will need to fill out the relevant home use form. Here are specific - Microsoft Office Home Install Instructions
** - The acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe was completed in December 2005. Therefore all former Macromedia products are now Adobe products and need to be purchased from Adobe.
*** - Assumes individual licenses have been purchased equal to the number of users

Important Note: For the majority of the commercial software covered under the various Murdoch University licence agreements the software distribution media can not be made freely available to all staff or students as Murdoch is under obligation to make sure use is in accordance with software manufactures license conditions. For these reasons IT support staff who require access to this commercial software must complete the appropriate agreement form before being granted access.
