IT Software License Forms
The forms below are used to record the applicants acceptance of the manufactures
"software license conditions of use" and if appropriate grant the applicant
access to the appropriate folder on the server softserv.murdoch.edu.au that
contains the software.
The purpose for granting such access is to allow IT Support staff access to the
commercial software so they can perform installation on users computers.Access to complete these forms is restricted to the pool of IT support staff
requiring access so as to service their University customers, you will be prompted to enter your Murdoch Username and Password.
