Respondus Campus-wide License Agreement

Murdoch University ("Licensee") has entered into a "Respondus Campus-wide License" agreement with Respondus INC ("Licensor"). By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not install or distribute the software.

The Respondus Campus-wide License Agreement allows Murdoch University staff to install the Respondus software onto Murdoch owned computers.

Before downloading and/or installing this software you should note the following:

• Undertake to comply with copyright laws and understand that severe penalties apply to persons who do not comply with software licence provisions.
• When installing the software have read and understood the End User License Agreement (EULA).

• You may use the Software for not-for-profit educational purposes.
• You may use the Software if you are currently affiliated with an institution that has a campus-wide license for the Software.
• You may redistribute the Software to anyone who is currently affiliated with an institution that has a campus-wide license for the Software.
• You may install and use the Software on a computer located off the premises of the campus provided that you do not provide access to the Software to individuals who are not affiliated with the licensing institution

Specifically Prohibited uses:

• You may not use the Software for any purpose other than not-for-profit educational purposes.
• You may not redistribute or make copies of the Software except as described in the Respondus Campus-wide License Agreement.
• You may not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Software
