required to completed before gain access to various IT resources.
The forms are in various formats as listed. Many are in Portable Document Format
(PDF) and will require printing then manual completion before being forwarded to
appropriate section. Other forms can be completed online including some PDF forms
(if you are using Acrobat Reader
v7 or better) and other web based forms. Online forms will require you to enter
your Murdoch Username and Murdoch Password.
